Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PI Proxies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
PI Proxies ("PI Proxies", "we", "us", or "the service") is an independently operated proxy service. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PI Proxies. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for an account, purchasing bandwidth, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions you route traffic to.
3. Description of the service
PI Proxies provides access to residential and datacenter proxy endpoints over standard HTTP and SOCKS5 protocols, billed on a pay-as-you-go basis by bandwidth consumed. Features, IP availability, and coverage may change over time. We provide standard proxy endpoints and do not guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party tool or target.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the service to:
- Engage in any illegal activity, fraud, or activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Access, download, or distribute child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content.
- Launch attacks against networks or systems, including denial-of-service attacks, intrusion attempts, malware distribution, or unauthorized access.
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Violate the terms of service of any website or platform you access through the service.
You are solely responsible for your use of the service and for ensuring that your activities comply with the rules of the sites and services you access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and proxy authentication details, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Billing and payments
The service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You fund your wallet using supported cryptocurrencies and spend the balance on bandwidth. There are no monthly subscriptions or automatic renewals, and wallet balances do not expire. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bandwidth you have already purchased.
7. Refunds
Because access and bandwidth are delivered on demand, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us through your dashboard and we will review it in good faith.
8. Reseller accounts
Reseller accounts may be offered for commercial use under additional terms. Resellers remain responsible for the conduct of their own customers and for ensuring those customers comply with these Terms.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable, high-availability service but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PI Proxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised by opening a support ticket from your account dashboard.
