Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information PI Proxies collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to data minimization and zero-log routing.

PI Proxies ("we", "us", or "the service") is an independently operated proxy service. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the service. By using the service you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as necessary to run the service:

  • Account information: the email address you register with and authentication data needed to secure your account.
  • Billing information: cryptocurrency transaction details associated with wallet top-ups. We do not collect or store card numbers.
  • Usage and operational data: bandwidth consumption and limited metadata required for billing, abuse prevention, and maintaining service reliability.
  • Support data: the contents of any support tickets you submit.

2. Zero-log routing

We operate zero-log routing for proxy traffic. We do not record the contents of the traffic you send through the network, and we do not maintain logs that associate the specific destinations of your proxied requests with your identity. We retain only the limited operational data described above for billing, security, and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • To process payments and track bandwidth balances.
  • To secure accounts and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate core functionality. We use a third-party CAPTCHA provider to protect sign-up and authentication flows from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a limited set of third-party providers to operate the service, such as a CAPTCHA provider for abuse prevention and cryptocurrency payment infrastructure for processing top-ups. These providers process only the data necessary to perform their function and under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Our residential network

Our residential proxy network is consent-based and opt-in. Every participant has independently reviewed and accepted the terms of service of the application they take part in, and participation is transparent and revocable. We do not source IPs from malware or hijacked devices. Learn more on our ethical sourcing page.

7. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Operational data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under regulations such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, open a support ticket from your dashboard and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
